Bound in white Nigerian goat skin blocked with a gilt design on cover and spine. Housed on a sliding tray in a toile vendome covered wooden case, couple of minor spots on case. 31.8x23.6x20.6cm. A beautiful facsimile edition with Walter Crane's incredible black & white illustrations throughout. Numbered 481 of 1000 limited edition copies published by The Folio Society from the originally published George Allen editions printed at The Chiswick Press, 1894-7.
