Subtle Knife is a first edition 1997, number string to the copyright page 2 4 6 8 10 9 7 5 3 1 in jade paper covers with gilt lettering to the spine and gilt knife to the front cover. The Amber Spyglass is a first edition 2000, number string to the copyright page  2 4 6 8 10 9 7 5 3 1  in black paper covers with gilt lettering to the spine and front cover. 8vo 9'' x 6''. ISBN's 0590541781, 0590542435, 0590542443. All three books with David Scutt illustrated dust wrappers in Very Good condition, only faults noted being slight foxing to edge of pages on Northern Lights and slight lean on Amber Spyglass, a lovely rare set.
