One of 100 numbered copies, Volume I signed by the artist in the print note. - On solid handmade paper. - Each volume with an enclosed extra suite of the four color pictures. - William Russell Flint (1880-1969) illustrated, among others, Malory's »Le Morte d'Arthur« and Chaucer's »Canterbury Tales«. From 1936 to 1956 he was president of Britain's Royal Society of Painters in Watercolours. - In Fanelli/Godoli there are only these two "Apocrypha" editions.
